5-Step Process
Understanding your health begins with a thorough and personalised examination. Our process is designed to discover the root cause of problem and address them precisely through tailored care plan.
History
We start by listening. A detailed discussion about symptoms, lifestyle, medical history and previous treatment helps us understand your unique situation and identifying potential cause of your health concern.
Examination
Next, we perform a comprehensive physical assessment. This includes evaluating your posture, orthopaedic & neurological examinations, specific chiropractic examinations and x-ray analysis (if indicated).
Diagnosis
By combining the information from your history and examination, we address the root cause of problem, pinpoint the underlying causes of your health concern, not just area where you feel pain.
Restoration
We develop a personalised chiropractic care plan tailor to you and your goal. This allows your body to restore function, relieve discomfort and support long-term wellbeing. This plan is designed to help you body heal, regain balance and unlock your full potential for health beyond symptoms.
Reassessment
We perform regular re-assessment to monitor your improvement and how your body is responding to care. This step gives us the chance to celebrate improvement, identify any ongoing challenges, and adjust your plan to suit your goals.
Conditions We Treat
Chiropractic is total health. Our patients present with a variety of different health issues. Here are some common conditions patients presented to us

Lower Back Pain
Lower back pain affects people of all ages and lifestyles. It can range from a dull, constant ache to sharp, radiating pain that travels down into the hips or legs. Often, it results from joint restrictions, muscle tension, disc irritation, postural imbalances or appear suddenly after physical exertion or injury that place stress on the spine.

Neck Pain
Neck pain is common condition that arise from poor posture, muscle tension, spinal issues or injuries such as whiplash. It may present as local discomfort, stiffness or pain radiate into the shoulder, upper back or arms. Left unaddressed, neck pain can interfere with daily activities, reduced mobility and flexibility and contribute to headaches and migraine.

Headache/Migraine
Headache and migraine are one of the most common conditions that presented to chiropractic care. They can range from mild discomfort to severe migraine that interfere normal daily activities. Many headaches and migraine may originate from dysfunction of the spine caused by poor posture, stress, repetitive strain or previous injuries such as whiplash injuries or scoliosis.

Pregnancy
Pregnancy brings incredible changes to the body, including change in posture, spinal curvature and alignment, and balance, which can lead to back, neck or pelvis discomfort. Hormonal changes, added weight and altered movement pattern often place extra biomechanical stress on the spine and surrounding supporting muscles, affecting mobility and overall comfort.

Disc & Nerve Pain
Disc irritation, bulging, or herniation can cause localised pain or radiating nerve symptoms. When a nerve is compressed or irritated, it can lead to sciatica- a sharp, shooting pain that travels from the lower back through the hips, buttocks and down the legs. Symptoms may include numbness, tingling or weakness in the legs.

Scoliosis
Scoliosis is a condition where spine curves sideways, often in an "S" or "C" shape, which can affect posture, balance, and overall spinal function. While some cases are mild or asymptomatic, it can lead to discomfort, muscle tension, uneven shoulders or hips, and even reduced mobility. Scoliosis can develop during adolescence, but it may also appear in adults due to postural stress, degenerative changes, or injury.

Postural Issues
Postural imbalances are increasingly common in modern life, often caused by prolonged sitting, device use, or repetitive daily habits. Over time, these stresses can place uneven pressure on the spine and surrounding muscles, leading to stiffness, fatigue, and discomfort. Poor posture may also contribute to headaches, neck or back pain, and reduced movement efficiency.

Jaw / TMJ dysfunction
Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction occurs when the jaw joints or surrounding muscles are not moving or functioning as they should. This may lead to jaw pain, clicking or popping sounds, tightness around the face, headaches, or difficulty opening and closing the mouth. It can result from tension, misalignment, stress, or previous injury. Because the jaw, neck, and spine are closely connected, issues in one area can often influence the others.

Extremities/ Sporting Injuries
Whether you are a professional athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone dealing with strain from related activities, extremity/ sporting injuries (areas such as shoulder, elbow, knee, or ankle) can limit performance, productivity, and daily function and pain often develop from overuse, repetitive movement, poor techniques or biomechanical imbalances.
How We Treat
Our care begins with precise chiropractic adjustment to restore body's function and promote natural healing. We combine this with supportive therapies, including dry needling, cupping therapy, rehabilitation exercises, stretching, taping and ergonomic guidance to help achieve your health goals.

Chiropractic Adjustment
Chiropractic adjustment is a precise, hands-on technique designed to correct specific spinal misalignments that affect movement and nerve. It is the cornerstone of our care and every adjustment is delivered with detailed assessment, ensuring accurate correction.

Dry needling
Dry needling targets tight or overactive muscles to relieve tension, improve mobility, and reduce pain. By stimulating specific trigger points, it helps release deep muscular knots that can restrict movement and contribute to spinal and extremity dysfunction.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is a technique that uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues. It provides increased blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and support tissue recovery. It helps release tight fascia and improve circulation, assisting in faster healing.

Rehabilitation Exercise
Rehabilitation exercise focuses on restoring strength, stability, balance, coordination and movement control. By retraining movement patterns and enhancing spinal stability, rehabilitation exercise plays a key role in long-term recovery and injury prevention.

Stretching
Stretching helps improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance joint mobility. Regular stretching encourages better circulation and overall muscular health, contributing to long-term wellness and functional movement.

Ergonomic Advice
Ergonomic advice focuses on how you sit, stand, and move throughout your daily activities to reduce strain on the body. Personalised workstation setup, posture, and movement habits to help prevent discomfort and support long-term wellbeing.
